In June 1993, Mr. Tilman Dunbar, Jr. opened the Law Offices of Tilman Dunbar, Jr. as a general practice law firm in Rockville, Montgomery County Maryland.

Over the past 23 years, Mr. Dunbar has advised clients as to their rights under the law and help protect the interests of businesses and other entities. He has litigated criminal, civil and immigration cases in Federal Courts, State Courts, Administrative tribunals, and Military courts.

Mr. Dunbar has presented and summarized cases to both Judges and Juries, filed appeals in state and federal courts of appeal and provided legal opinions to Liberian corporations and Maritime entities. He has also reviewed and negotiated legal documents, retained as outside counsel for companies and businesses.

In May 2007, he was admitted to practice law in Liberia and has represented over 100 Corporate and Maritime clients.
